We can run up to 126” wide by any length. In addition we can print on substrates up to 2” thick.
Yes, we can print white ink in multiple passes if needed.
The short answer is yes. Furthering that answer, we can print on almost anything. We have printed paper, banner material, vinyl, acrylic, wood, aluminum, foamcore, coroplast, the materials are endless.
We can produce from a single print to unlimited quantities. The new 32H press is a very fast press producing up to 42 boards(4’x8’) per hour.
We have (2) Kongsberg router cutters that can cut up to 5’x10’, up to 2” thick. They are capable of knife cutting such as banners, coroplast, foamcore, etc, as well as a router that cuts wood, acrylic, aluminum, and other rigid materials.
